01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

02 - 1½ cups fresh pineapple, diced
→ Sweetener
03 - 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

04 - 2 tablespoons Tajín seasoning
05 - ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Line a rimmed baking sheet (9 x 13 inches) with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture on the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of about ½ inch.
04 - Distribute the pineapple pieces evenly over the yogurt base.
05 - Generously sprinkle Tajín seasoning over the pineapple, and add shredded coconut if desired.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt using clean hands or a spatula.
07 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours until the mixture is firm.
