# What You Need:

→ Grapes

01 - 3 cups seedless green grapes, washed and thoroughly dried
02 - 3 cups seedless red grapes, washed and thoroughly dried

→ Cheese Coating

03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 oz goat cheese, softened
05 - 1 tbsp honey
06 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Nut & Garnish Coating

07 - 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped and lightly toasted
08 - 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped and lightly toasted
09 - 1/4 cup edible gold or silver sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)
10 - 12-14 small fresh mint leaves (optional)

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese, goat cheese, honey, and salt until smooth and creamy.
02 - Using a small spoon or your fingers, lightly coat each grape with the cheese mixture.
03 - Roll the coated grapes in the chopped pistachios and pecans, pressing gently to adhere. For added sparkle, lightly roll some grapes in edible glitter or sprinkles after the nuts.
04 - Arrange grapes on a serving platter in the shape of a grape cluster, alternating green and red grapes for a festive appearance.
05 - Decorate the arrangement with fresh mint leaves to mimic grape leaves.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm the cheese coating before serving.
