→ Crackers
01 - 12 whole-wheat crackers (round or square)
→ Cheese
02 - 3.5 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 12 cubes
03 - 3.5 oz Swiss or gouda cheese, cut into 12 cubes
→ Garnish (optional)
04 - 2 tablespoons roasted salted almonds
05 - 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
# Directions:
01 - Place the crackers in two parallel lines on a small platter, spacing them evenly.
02 - Set one cube each of cheddar and Swiss or gouda cheese atop each cracker to form stacks.
03 - Optionally, scatter roasted almonds and dried cranberries around the stacks for added texture and flavor.
